If you have a new phone number and do not have access to your old phone number, you will need to first call Help Desk to receive a passcode for assistance.
If you have access to your old phone number, you may use this guide: Duo - new phone, same number
1. To start, navigate to Office.uhv.edu.
2. Login to https://office.uhv.edu/
* If you are currently logged in, you will need to first log out or use a private/incognito browser tab.
3. When you are prompted for a Duo Push, click on 'Other Options'.

4. Select Manage Devices at the bottom of the list.

5. Enter the bypass code that Help Desk has provided.

6. Once you have verified, you'll be shown a page with your current devices. If you have a new phone, you'll want to click 'I have a new phone' under the current one. Follow the on screen prompts to update the phone.
If you have a new device or a second phone with a separate number you want to add, click 'Add a device' and follow the on screen prompts.
