Duo - New Phone, Same Number

If your phone number has remained the same, please follow these steps:
1. To start, navigate to Office.uhv.edu.
2. Login to https://office.uhv.edu/
* If you are currently logged in, you will need to first log out or use a private/incognito browser tab.

3. When you are prompted for a Duo Push, click on 'Other Options'.

4. Select Manage Devices at the bottom of the list.

5. Select 'Text message passcode'

6. Enter the passcode that has been texted to you and click Verify.

7. Once you have verified, you'll be shown a page with your current devices. If you have a new phone, you'll want to click 'I have a new phone' under the current one. Follow the on screen prompts to update the phone.

If you have a new device or a second phone with a separate number you want to add, click 'Add a device' and follow the on screen prompts.
