What Is It?
Single function black/white printers are available to employees at no additional cost to the department. IT does require the cost center authority for the department to provide a business justification and approval. The department will be responsible for consumables related to this printer.
Multifunction or color printers are at the expense of the department. IT can assist in providing a quote if needed.
IT does not provide warranties or support to local printers.
