What Is It?

All UHV computers are purchased with warranty to repair hardware related issues. IT will coordinate with our vendors to find a solution to hardware issues.

Accidental drops and damage, or battery issues are not covered.

Who Is Eligible to Use It?

UHV owned devices.

Where Can I Get It?

Submit a service request. Help Desk will coordinate on repairs.

How Much Does It Cost?

Most hardware related issues are covered by warranty.

If a device is outside the warranty, the department will need to provide funding.

Accidental damage such as drops or cracked screens will require departmental funding. IT will provide a quote from the vendor to provide resolution.
