When there is a white or yellow “box” around the outside of the screen, this can be fixed with the LG Touch Panel Rolling Pattern Application.
1. Download the tool from Dell Drivers.
2. Navigate to C:\Dell\Drivers\R6TNF folder and run the tool.
This will cause the screen to flicker through different colors.
The instructions say 2 hours, which helped, but did not totally fix the issue. If the issue persists, allow the tool to run overnight.
When the issue is resolved, press Esc to quit the program and restart the computer.
