Teams - Stuck on Loading

Microsoft Teams is stuck on the loading screen and does not ask user to sign in.

• Sent the affected user a Teams invite link and have them join the call (the user's name will appear as Guest since they are not signed in).
• After the user ends the call, a login button will appear within a list of options.
• Click the login option on this screen and login with your credentials.
• Teams should now fully load after signing in.

Teams cache is causing loading issues on MacOS.
