  3. Once there, you will see videos that you have access to.
    • By default, the most recent will be at the top. If they were created in a Teams meeting, the name of the video will also be the name of the meeting.
  4. Click on the video you are wanting.
    • Make sure that it is not expired. Videos made from Teams have about 2 years before they expire on Microsoft apps.
  5. In the tab that pops up, you will have options to download the video as it is without the transcript or generate a transcript.

If you are downloading the video:

  1. In the bar just above the video is a download button for the video itself.
  2. This will automatically download the video to your Downloads folder in File Explorer.

If you are downloading the transcripts:

  1. On the right side, there are buttons from Trim to Analytics.
  2. Click "Video Settings." It should be the second to bottom of those buttons.
  3. The third option in the panel that opens should be "Transcript and captions." Click that to open it.
  4. Click "Generate".
  5. In the window that pops up, make sure it's in the language you want and click "Generate" again.
    • This can take some time depending on how long the video is.
  6. Once the transcript is done generating, a new button on the right side will appear called "Transcript". Click it.
  7. In the panel that opens, click the "Download" drop-down button.
  8. Click the format you want and it will start downloading to your Downloads folder in File Explorer.
