Frequent Lockouts on Account

Issue

User account is continuously getting locked on computer, myUHV, and UHV email even when they are not trying to login.

Resolution

Close Mitel completely then login with "Use Windows Credentials" checked.

  1. Click the arrow on the bottom right of the task bar.
  2. Right click the Mitel icon and choose exit.
  3. Open Mitel.
  4. Click cancel if the login box appears.
  5. Expand Show Advanced and click the check box for Use Windows Credentials.
  6. Click Login and login with your UHV credentials.

Cause

The Mitel Connect application is using an old password to login to the server. This causes repeated lockouts since Mitel is using an incorrect password.
