JAMF Connect - Mac password out of sync

Issue

Password to login to Mac does not match the password for UHV email or myUHV. A message from JAMF Connect will pop up asking for the passwords to be re-synced.

 

Resolution

Click on the message displaying the password sync error.

When asked for your local password, input the old password you used to have. This is also the password you are actively using to login on the MacBook.

Cause

Changing your password for UHV email does not automatically sync to your Mac.
